Course description

Description: This course begins with conventional methods for contingency tables and then introduces generalised linear models (GLM's)(exponential family of distributions; parameter estimation and inference for GLM's). This is followed by binary, nominal and ordinal logistic regresion and poisson regression. This course is part of the Biostatistics program conducted by the Biostatistics Collaboration of Australia. if you are not enrolled in this program, please contact the Program Director, Prof Annette Dobson and seek permission before enrolling.
