Course description

This course explores the way people with various religious and spiritual commitments or none are experiencing the spirituality dimension in their everyday concerns & activities. Themes such as health & fitness, self actualisation, vocation, psychological wholeness, prayer & meditation, and personal, and social ethics will be developed. This course may not run if there are fewer than 20 enrolments.
