Course description
This course explores the way people with various religious and spiritual commitments express their spirituality in their everyday world. Particular emphasis is given to Christian spirituality, along with significant engagement with Buddhist philosophy and practice. Themes such as health & wellness, self-actualisation, vocation, psychological wholeness, prayer & meditation, & personal & social ethics will be developed. This course may not run if there are fewer than 20 enrolments.
