Course description
This course frames the research process as a way of knowing. Therefore, presents a balanced approach in communication research, by introducing students to both quantitative and qualitative approaches in communication research. Students will be required to conduct a research project, thus familiarising them with the process of gathering research evidence, thinking critically about them through a reasoning process, incorporating quantitative and qualitative methods, data collection, analyses and dissemination of findings.
