Course description

(course runs for 3 days intensive - total 20 hours) This course provides students with an introduction to data collection and analysis for planning, developing, operating, managing and monitoring public transport systems. The course provides a systematic framework to be able to describe and measure the impact of public transport infrastructure and services, including quality of service, surveys and reporting, stakeholder involvement and measuring transport system performance.
