Course description

This summer school will offer four two-day modules. Participants can attend one or more modules. This will be the 5th summer school with updated lecture notes and computer based exercises. 1. Meta-analysis: 8.30am-5pm Thursday 27th & Friday 28th November 2014. 2. Life course epidemiology: 8.30am-5pm Tuesday 2nd & Wednesday 3rd December 2014. 3. Longitudinal data analysis: 8.30am-5pm Thursday 4th & Friday 5th December 2014. 4. Genetic epidemiology: 8.30am-5pm Wednesday 10th & Thursday 11th December 2014 (Translational Research Institute, Princess Alexandra Hospital). A set of printed notes will be provided for each module. Lunch and morning and afternoon tea are included (Please inform of any special dietary requirements). Desktop computers will be available to use at UQ during the modules. Please note: PUBH7653 internal students are unable to select the Meta-analysis module.
