Course description

Description: This course covers: Global HIV/AIDS situation; family, community and societal effects; surveillance; modes of transmission and interventions to reduce transmission; determinants of risk behaviours and means to change; treatment of opportunistic infections and ARV; case studies of selected countries. This course may not be offered if the enrolment is less than 10 students.
