Description: Key content areas covered in the course include the measurement of maternal and child mortality; maternal and newborn survival; maternal morbidity; integrated management of childhood illness; malnutrition in women and children; prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV; family planning and unsafe abortion; sexually transmitted infections; violence against women and children and malaria in pregnancy.
