Course description
The course aims to critically explore the key global disease priorities identified through the Global Burden of Disease and the Sustainable Development Goals. It will also examine and appraise global health initiatives and programs developed to address these priorities, with attention through an equity lens to the environmental, commercial and political contexts, in which they are implemented. The course aims to examine global disease prevention and control strategies and their integration into health systems, including the key elements required to scale-up effective programs.
