Course description
This course examines how work can influence psychological and physical health and well-being. The course focusses on practical strategies to comply with the statutory responsibility for managing the risk of psychosocial hazards as well as best practice for creating psychologically healthy workplaces. It covers the different categories of psychosocial hazards, and the types of interventions that are effective at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
