Course description

Not 2008. This course covers applications of psychological theories, research, methods and practice within the criminal justice system. Topics include offence processes, the assessment and treatment of criminal offenders, mentally disordered offenders, victims of crime, the prediction of criminal behaviour and crime prevention. Various roles of psychologists working within the criminal justice system will also be explored.
