Course description

In the current political environment a great deal of media attention is focussed on political leaders. This course examines various aspects of political leadership. It examines issues such as approaches to the study of political leadership, the role and impact of political leaders, and classifications of leadership style. The course draws on writings about political leadership from Plato to the present day.
