Course description

An introduction to the concepts, terminology and processes involved in the field of turfgrass science. It focuses on turfgrass growth and development and species characterisation. Also emphasised are turf quality, the turfgrass environment (including atmospheric and soil componants of the environment), cultural practices, pest management and turf establishment.
