Course description
Physiological responses, mechanisms and adaptations in response to exercise and training. Physiological principles applied to evaluation and improvement of physical performance. Laboratory and field tests for the assessment of physical fitness and performance. Introduction to biophysical bases of human movement with specific focus upon growth & development of musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory & neural systems in response to physical activity.
