Course description

This course provides students with the opportunity to develop advanced knowledge and skills to manage aged clients and those with neurological dysfunction within community-based settings (Clinics, centres, age-care facilities and the home). Coursework and field work will enable application of case management skills and advanced clinical reasoning to provide holistic programs that address goals setting through client consultation and use of efficacious strategies, self management principles and enabling access to other relevant health professions.
