This is a year long course. It commences in Semester 1, 2020 and completes in Semester 2, 2020.

Course description

This course aims to develop the student in the practice of clinical pharmacy, integrating skills with knowledge to enable the pharmacist to take responsibility for the patients drug management in the healthcare setting. The limitations of evidence based medicine and its application in the individual patient will also be explored within this course. Topics include - cardiology, renal medicine, respiratory medicine, gastroenterology and pharmacokinetics.
