This is a year long course. It commences in Semester 1, 2020 and completes in Semester 2, 2020.

Course description

This course aims to advance the student in the practice of clinical pharmacy, integrating skills with knowledge to enable the pharmacist to take responsibility for patients medicines management in the healthcare setting. The appropriate application of evidence to individual patient care will be explored. Topics include up to date management of acute and chronic conditions including cardiology, respiratory disease, endocrinology, oncology and geriatrics.
