Course description

Integrate and apply your knowledge and skills in pharmacy practice and medicines management. Develop your professional identity and approach to practice. Demonstrate professional decision-making skills to improve health outcomes employing knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, therapeutics and evidence-based practice. Demonstrate your skills in providing patient-centred care, medication review and dispensing medicines safely and effectively. This course will be offered for the first time in 2024.
