Course description
NOT 2010 Surveys the work of a number of political thinkers from the sixteenth century to the modern era. Content varies but includes early modern and modern theorists beginning with those who first conceptualised the modern sovereign state to the grand theorists of modernity, Mill and Marx, together with their irrationalist critics.
