Course description

Understand the normal psychological & sexual development in young people. Appreciate sexual response & the value of sexual history taking. Understand the causes & management of sexual problems for the young person. Consider the presentation, management, implications & prevention of sexually transmitted diseases for young people. Understand the legal, ethical & public health issues surrounding sexual health & reproduction for the young.
