Course description
This course has three components. Firstly, mental health lectures provide a foundation understanding of the mental health diagnoses, their management & the implications for occupational therapists working with clients who exhibit mental health problems. In the pathology component, students will develop an understanding of the classifications of diseases & the relationship between pathology and health. The child health component examines developmental issues for children & how occupational therapists intervene.
