Course description

This course provides students with the opportunity to apply their learning from previous courses in this field of study. The focus is on the acquisition of knowledge and skills relevant to clinical practice. The course prepares students for the practice of advanced nursing in the field of chronic disease management and palliative care. Students should undertake this course in their usual clinical practice setting. Students will apply and build upon the theoretical concepts learned in previous and/or concurrent courses.
