Course description
This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills to undertake a project within their advanced practice nursing (APN) setting. Students will identify an issue related to the demands of expanded clinical practice and critically address this through a review of the literature. In addition, students will have the opportunity to design and complete a project specific to their specialist field of practice. The outcomes of the project will be presented in a project report targeting key stakeholders in the student's specialist field of practice. This course may not be offered internally if the enrolment is less than 8 students.
