Course description

This course is designed to prepare students for effective teaching in at least one instrument family; includes relevant area repertoire studies, musicianship studies, & conducting (organising & directing instrumental ensemble groups). Students will be involved in discussions & demonstrations of effective pedagogical approaches to instrumental teaching. NOTE: Course offering may be cancelled unless a minimum of 20 students enrol.
