Course description
The course develops students' knowledge, understanding and skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and to design and manage effective stakeholder engagement processes. The course includes the principles of engagement, practical processes for conducting engagement and ways of enhancing engagement procedures to maximise the effectiveness of stakeholder relationships.
The course is offered in internal and external modes. The external offering involves independent study but also regular contact with the lecturer. The minimum total enrolment required, including both modes, is 15.
