Course description
This course offers a comprehensive exploration of leveraging technology, and specifically people analytics, to optimise organisational performance. Through a blend of theoretical study and practical application, students will delve into methodologies for collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to drive informed decision-making. Students will discuss key HR metrics, build skills in statistical analysis and develop an understanding of tools and technologies to extract intelligence from datasets. The course also unpacks the impact of AI on workers in organisations and the ethical implications of its increased use when selecting, evaluating and managing employees. Upon completion, students will be equipped to lead strategic HR initiatives grounded in evidence-based approaches to human resource management.
