Course description
This course explores the design and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and creating value for key stakeholders. The course will depict the need for commerciality in contemporary HR functions while also emphasising ethical and sustainable principles. Students will navigate the complexities of optimising the HR operating model within organisations and the role of HR in enhancing employee experience. Moreover, the curriculum addresses crucial aspects around equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Throughout, the course contextualises these principles within a global framework, preparing HR professionals to navigate diverse cultural landscapes while driving organisational success with integrity and sustainability at the forefront.
