Course description
HR professionals in particular and line mangers in general, need to be able to diagnose, plan, evaluate and lead a change management initiative. Leadership is central throughout a change management process, and this course equips students with a sound working knowledge of the leadership styles, roles and skills necessary to manage change effectively. The course examines a range of theoretical and practical issues to lead and manage change, including planning for change; understanding the people aspects of change; harnessing culture, strategy & structure in change leadership, dealing with the stress of change; and measuring and evaluating a change initiative.
