Course description
This course continues the deeper engagement of students with more practical medical ethics and law across a number of topic areas, integrated with the clinical teaching program. The main curricular areas in EPP are completed by the end of year 2, such that students should enter the clinical rotations with a sound knowledge of ethics, law and professionalism, be able to deal ethically and effectively with ethical issues that arise in the clinic, and take responsibility at an individual and professional level. The course will be delivered using a combination of the PBL tutorials, lectures and symposia (often involving outside experts), web-based resources and readings.
