Course description
This course covers the clinical application of the biomedical sciences, building on knowledge from year 1 Medical Science.There is a strong emphasis on linking the Medical Science knowledge to pathophysiology and clinical medicine.The framework of the course is built around weekly problem based and case-based tutorials with focus on the application of Medical Science knowledge to clinical cases and the development of skills in clinical reasoning. The PBL / CBL learning is supported by lectures, tutorials, practicals and resources.
