Course description

Skills required for improving organisational performance through business improvement tools and techniques including a systems view of best practice. The course includes Quality Standard models and process re-engineering, variability and control, and links between quality, productivity, competitive position and sustained profitablility. Available to Mt Eliza Business School students only.
