Course description

This course introduces students to the challenges associated with organisational renewal through innovation streams & strategic change. It considers the environmental pressures that have led to the development of the model of the "ambidextrous organisation" in which managers must be capable of sustaining effective business operations whilst innovating for future competitiveness. The course provides opportunities for analysis of & reflection on the managerial & leadership competencies required to successfully balance these approaches.
