Course description

Study of "breakthrough" transformational change strategy, which aims to shift and reshape the organisation including corporate restructuring which requires 'discontinuous' shifts in strategy, structure, culture, and systems concurrently in a relatively short period of time. Available to Mt Eliza Business School students only.
