Course description
NOT 2011 This course is an introduction to research methods in linguistics & language acquisition. Observational/qualitative & experimental/quantitative approaches to research in the field are introduced & discussed. Studies from both traditions are examined & a research proposal is developed in an area of interest to the student. NOTE: Course offering may be cancelled unless a minimum of 20 students enrol
