Course description
This course introduces students to linguistic semantics which deals with how meaning is encoded in language and how it can be analysed and represented. Emphasis is placed on the way that semantic structure interfaces with syntactic structure. NOTE: Course offering may be cancelled unless a minimum of 20 students enrol.
