Course description
This course offers an introduction to the principal concepts and strategies of regulation. It examines how society constitutes and directs itself using different forms and sources of law, self-regulation, and the market as a form of regulation. In outlining a range of regulatory approaches, the course offers a foundation for the critical analysis of regulatory structures in a wide range of areas.
