Course description
This course will review and analyse the conceptual and practical aspects of the taking of security over personal property under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth). The course will explore the law on formalities, priorities and enforcement under the Personal Property Securities Act and its application in a range of commercial contexts.
