Course description
This course will examine the development and contours of the law and regulation of climate change at both an international and national level. In doing so the course will consider the scientific basis for climate change, the international legal framework, the legislative framework for climate change mitigation including the emissions trading schemes and the proposed Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme.
