Course description
This course will examine the still evolving principles relating to the interpretation of commercial contracts. Students who have successfully completed this course will have acquire an in-depth knowledge of the law relating to written contracts and their interpretation; been introduced to a wide range of commercial contracts and contractual disputes; developed an ability to compare and evaluate alternative approaches to interpretation; and enhanced their analytical and problem solving skills.
