Course description

Students are to complete a dissertation paper on a topic approved by the Head of School. The final dissertation shall be between 15,000 to 20,000 words in length. Any approved topic for LAWS7944 Dissertation must be substantially different from any previous research paper undertaken by the student including LAWS7825, 7826, 7870, 7904, 7906, 7945 or any other LLM or LLM (Adv) course titled as a research project/topic.
