Course description

This course is not offered in 2012.

The course will examine the legal and policy structures for the regulation of anti-competitive practices in markets so as to protect and enhance competition. This course will examine the key provisions of Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the role and approach of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
