Course description
This course considers the carriage of goods by sea and covers: charterparties (bareboat, time and voyage charters, and commercial variations); cargo claims (involving bills of lading, waybills and electronic transport documentation); international conventions (Hague Rules 1924, Hague-Visby Rules 1968, Hamburg Rules 1978 and Rotterdam Rules 2008); standard form contracts in use worldwide.
