Course description
NOT 2008. This course focuses on the theory and skills of negotiation with particular emphasis on commercial and legal practice. Areas to be covered include negotiation theory, developing a strategy, planning tools for negotiators, the negotiation table, the nature and causes of conflict, persuasive communication, people issues, culture, gender, how to identify and improve your power, law and ethics for negotiators.
