Course description
The International Arbitration Moot Competition is open to any student who has not been admitted to legal practice. Students wishing to participate must apply to the Moot Coach, Associate Professor Simon Fisher before enrolling. The moot problem will involve a dispute relating to Maritime Law and the controversy will be determined before an arbitral tribunal pursuant to the LMAA Terms (1997).
