Course description

Examination of the law regulating work and labour relations under the `Work Choices¿ federal system. Covers common law, contractual and constitutional issues, and regulation of dismissal, bargaining, AWAs, freedom of association, unions and industrial action. Not a course in equal opportunity/discrimination or occupational health and safety law.
