Course description
This course is an examination of copyright and designs law in Australia. The course seeks to develop students' knowledge of the nature and commercial significance of copyright law in literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works, sound recordings, cinematograph films, and radio and television broadcasts. This course will also provide an overview of Australian designs law.
