Course description

NOT 2007. The International Arbitration Moot Competition is open to any student who has not been admitted to legal practice. Students wishing to participate must apply to the Moots Coach, Associate Professor Simon Fisher, before enrolling. The moot problem will involve a dispute relating to maritime law.
