Course description
This course examines Australian national security law in a global context and critiques its justifications, operation, impacts, and future directions. In doing so, it engages a range of areas, including, criminal justice, court process, civil `preventive¿ measures, fundamental rights and freedoms, constitutional law, police and intelligence powers, migration, and more.
