Course description
This course examines legal and ethical issues pertinent to Australia¿s older population; an increasingly important topic given Australia¿s ageing population and the growing prevalence of dementia. In particular, it explores the law and ethics relating to legal capacity, advance care planning, end-of-life decision-making, elder abuse, and aged care.
