Course description
This course introduces students to the key legal issues involved with addressing climate change in Australia. This includes an introduction to the scientific and international legal contexts, as well as an analysis of legal regimes in Australia to regulate greenhouse gas emissions, corporate climate disclosures, and climate change adaptation and litigation.
